Shellfish Cooker/Cooler Monitoring and Control

Precise control of temperature and exposure time in shellfish processing is paramount in obtaining high yield and quality. The Shellfish Cooker/Cooler Control System developed by Tech Marine achieves just that, and more. It also provides a continuous and permanent record of all processing data.

The system is composed of the following modules which can be grouped in any combination:
