We have dealt with many species of shellfish such as lobster, scallops, crab, whelk, and clams. During this time, we have successfully developed many types of custom machinery including automated weight graders, brine mixing equipment, thawing lines, steam cookers/coolers, monitoring equipment, and quality control systems.
